How do I explain to you that everything the human mind creates through the power of just one thought is your unlimited access to the complete understanding, acceptance, and creation of your life? Nothing on this planet is as powerful as just one of your thoughts! The energy of every thought always mirrors and reflects back inside yourself, and it creates for you the results of your thinking. Your thinking creates your reality, and your reality creates your life! Your life’s energy either creates your ease or your dis-ease.
 
Dis-ease is created by one of your thoughts not digesting itself, or not completing itself. This creates a blockage in the automatic nervous system, where the thought does not have the opportunity to release itself throughout the body. It will be drawn into the cellular memory of the body—into the cell that is applicable to your thinking—to create a home for this thought, a place where it will become sufficiently endowed. The old adage, “Leave it until later”, does not work in this scenario. Once these thoughts have been mathematically registered in the mind, it becomes entangled with them, quietly building itself up to provide layers of excuses until your truth becomes protected and hidden from the natural flow of your body.

Our whole planet is all one story; it began with one language, and that language depended on the level of its own intelligence for communicating and opening up to the emotional experiences of those who listened first to themselves, and then to others. We learned to feel what we said to one another, and we learned to touch those feelings as they echoed throughout the body—all of which sustained the beating of our heart. With our heart stimulated, the message carried through to our brain! We learned to smell and taste what was right for us, and, as we evolved, we began to learn to hear ourselves. Our five senses began to awaken, and our intuition grew through the self-confidence we began to acknowledge in regard to our self. Our steps forward began to lengthen and grow through the wisdom that we had begun to form within.
 
Each time your eyes look at another human, you look at a reflection of yourself. Others become a mirror of the thoughts that you have in your mind in that moment, and they relay back to you an answer to the questions of that moment. It is this way for each of us, in order for us to begin to understand our hidden intelligence. As my story unraveled in me, so it will within you, once you can learn the first major step that will allow you to release your fear and become silent in your mind.
