Metaphysics and the Alchemy of Cooking—Preparing the Meal

Preparation I was always taught was 90% of the meal. Preparation is not only the methodology of chopping, dicing and slicing it is also how you present the meal on the plate. That is the royalness of every meal. How to prepare a royal outcome for the self and those who you are feeding. It teaches us how to respect food and it teaches us how to respect what we place in our mouth.
